melogin.cn serves as the dedicated management page for new Meraki routers. There is no default login password for melogin.cn; it is created by the user during the router setup process. Only older Meraki models have a default login password, which is admin.
Upon accessing melogin.cn, you will be prompted to enter the router’s admin password.
During the initial setup of melogin.cn, users are required to create an admin password, which will be needed for future logins.
If you forget your melogin.cn login password, you’ll need to reset the Meraki router to its factory settings and reconfigure it.
Steps to Reset:
- Keep the router powered on.
- Press and hold the “Reset” button for about 5-6 seconds. For routers with a recessed button, use a paper clip or similar tool to press the button for several seconds.
- Release the button when the router’s lights flash, indicating a reset has been completed.
